The solutions are based on passport readers and identity card scanners, complemented by optical text and character recognition, which makes automatic scanning and extraction of identification data almost instantaneous. Online registration is combined with self-service kiosks in the lobby, operating 24/7, and this radically changes the usual scenario of customer interaction.

Each document image goes through several processing stages, where automatic detection is performed first, followed by precise rotation and cropping, and then passport data recognition is started, taking into account the geometry and even the reflected image. Authentication is implemented comprehensively, as MRZ, VIZ, and RFID are used, as well as comparing a photo of a face with chip and print data, which increases accuracy and reduces errors. Additionally, the system analyzes a video stream or a selfie with a passport for KYC, detecting forgeries, photocopies and signs of digital interference.

Integration is carried out flexibly and without unnecessary restrictions through the API and SDK, allowing solutions to be connected to server, mobile and web applications. At the same time, security is built into the architecture level: data encryption, strict access control and automatic deletion of information are used. As a result, not just a scanning tool is being formed, but an intelligent system where recognition, authentication and verification are combined into a single, dynamic and reliable environment.
