How do I upgrade my seat on Cathay Pacific?
On Cathay Pacific, passengers can make an online request at least 2 hours before their flight departure to upgrade their flight. However, to get a Cathay Pacific upgrade, sign in to your Cathay account, visit “My credited rewards” on your profile, and claim your bookable upgrade. Furthermore, you'll be redirected to “Manage booking”, where you can select the relevant passenger and flight sector.
