Hey, When I visited the United Airlines Sydney Office in Australia to sort out pet travel, the staff were friendly and patient much appreciated given I was a bit nervous. They explained the rules clearly: my pet carrier had to fit under the seat and meet size limits so it could count as my carry-on.
