Hey, From what I have experienced, the Air China Sales Office in London was very organized and provided a lot of assistance. When I went to the office to ask about rescheduling my ticket, the staff kindly assisted me with the procedure. They provided a clear explanation of fare differences and available options. The office was easy to find and not overly populated.
