Kentucky-based CVS Caremark is planning to renovate its one-block-long Old Kentucky Fried Chicken at the corner of Flatbush and Nostrand avenues in Brooklyn.
The company redeveloped the long-vacant, chicken-festooned building onto a new four-story, 154-unit mixed-income housing development called Bellevue. The luxury micro apartments, designed by the firm Breuer, start at $1,435 per month.
