The plugin has been designed to handle quickly Java resource bundles (properties files).
How to install ResourceBundle Editor in Eclipse:
1) Download Eclipse from www.eclipse.org
2) Extract Eclipse to your hard disk drive (save Eclise.zip file).
3) Run Eclipse from the extracted location.
4) Click the Run at Eclipse.exe Run Configuration.
5) In the Run
Type.
Select Java Application.
Select Run
