Hope Welfare Trust began with a single goal: to reach the communities of Azad Kashmir that are overlooked and unheard. Founded in 2015, we are guided by the Islamic principle of helping others, whether it is your neighbour or any fellow human struggling to survive.

Since then, we have been operating from the UK to serve vulnerable families across Azad Kashmir. As people who belong to Azad Kashmir ourselves, we understand what it means to see your home destroyed, to have no food on the table, to be forced to relocate, to live without education, and to endure poverty.

That is why we took action by building a charity that meets people’s needs while honouring their dignity. We aim to expand our services to reach as many people as possible in the future.
