بناء على توجهات الحكومة بشأن دمج شركات التوزيع والتزويد التابعة للمجموعة في شركتين (شركة للتزويد وأخرى للتوزيع لجميع محافظات سلطنة عُمان عدا محافظة ظفار) بهدف تقليل تكاليف قطاع الكهرباء في المدى المتوسط، ورفع كفاءة المنظومة وتطوير الخدمات ورفع مستوى رضى المشتركين عن الخدمات المقدمة وتطويرها من أجل مواكبة التطور التقني في خدمات المشتركين، لذا قامت الشركة بإنشاء هذا الموقع مؤخرا لمواكبة هذا التغيير بما يتناسب مع تطورات المرحلة القادمة.
