Diaspora Law Limited is a UK based company which intends to operate an online legal advice marketplace directed at connecting legal experts (both in India and the UK) with Indian diaspora SME customers. These will include SMEs run by the Indian diaspora in the UK, those with split multinational shareholdings and SMEs based in India with a global outlook and interested in moving to the UK.
The concept would work on "software as a service" (SaaS) arrangement, providing for the secure delivery of services to the Legal Expert's terminal on a subscription over a network (typically the internet) from processors hosted remotely by the SaaS provider (Diaspora Law), which is different from the more traditional "software as a licence" which is normally installed on the Legal Experts' servers.
