Academic Freedom Policy
Liwa University considers academic freedom to be essential to the achievement of its commitment to the advancement and transmission of knowledge and understanding. It therefore supports and encourages freedom of inquiry for faculty members and ensures the responsible pursuit of these goals through teaching, learning, research, discussion, and publication, free from internal or external restraints that would unreasonably restrict academic endeavors, while sensitively mindful of the unique context of higher education in the UAE.
