Primal Fit Miami is a boutique gym serving Miami Shores, El Portal, and surrounding neighborhoods with expert-led semi-private and private training. Our schedule includes convenient morning sessions at 6, 7, 8, and 9 am, plus a 5:30 pm evening class Monday through Friday. We combine the personal attention of one-on-one coaching with the energy and support of small group training to deliver real results. Whether your goal is strength, fat loss, or building healthier habits, our community and trainers provide the structure and accountability you need to succeed.
