Why Eggy Car Punishes Inattention More Than Mistakes
What really stood out to me this time is how little the game cares about how well you’ve been doing. It only cares about what you’re doing right now. You can survive ten difficult hills, but lose everything on flat ground because your attention slipped. You can play perfectly for minutes and still fail because you relaxed at the wrong moment. Eggy Car doesn’t punish mistakes as much as it punishes autopilot.
