My passport went missing, which was an unexpected disappointment when I was in Kathmandu on a blogging trip. I immediately lodged a complaint at the Buddha Air Kathmandu office as soon as I arrived at the airport. In spite of the inconvenience, their team helped me quickly and professionally, guiding me through the required steps. I appreciate their prompt answer and look forward to hearing from them again as I continue exploring Kathmandu's beauties.
